How much commission do I earn?

You earn 30% on every qualifying paid purchase completed through WooCommerce by customers you referred within the 30-day attribution window.

Do user registrations generate commission?

No. Registrations, logins, free approvals, and Nexa Points redemptions do not generate commissions. Commissions are earned strictly when a referred customer completes a qualifying paid purchase.

Can I refer myself to buy plans?

No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and excluded from commission calculation. Your purchase will proceed normally, but no commission will be generated.

What happens if an order is refunded?

If a customer requests a refund or the payment is cancelled, the corresponding commission is automatically reversed in your affiliate ledger.

When and how are payouts processed?

Approved commissions are eligible for payout once your balance reaches the $50 threshold and exceeds the 14-day holding period. Payouts are reviewed and distributed to your configured payment method.
